Retendo and Microsoft are revolutionising learning
Microsoft Official Distance Learning (MODL) is the latest training from Microsoft. MODL does not require the delegate to attend sessions in a physical classroom. Instead highly interactive, live, synchronous, sessions are delivered online by a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT).
The online sessions are augmented with self-paced learning. Students have access to Microsoft Premium E-Learning, Microsoft Press reference books and real-world practical exercises (on live kit) so that they can learn and practice at their own pace.
Each module of the course is followed up with an assessment checkpoint to ensure students are participating and keeping up in the course.
MODL courses utilise the "GEAR" methodology in order to maximise knowledge retention:
(G)ATHER: Virtual Classroom (two hours of live interaction)
